Although I don’t like the airplane like styling of the Aptera - I understand their concept was to make the most aerodynamic vehicle (this “car” can go 90mph for over 300 miles!) - It’s unfortunate, but I think the styling decision will be too radical for many people… including, unfortunately, myself.

So why am I recommending the Aptera? Because after watching the video below below, I found that they really put a lot of thought and smarts into this vehicle… unlike a company that just “Zap” a vehicle together in china (with a horrible range of 15 to 35 miles) and sell it for $11,000, the Aptera has very advanced features that made me (almost) change my mind (I’m sure I’d run someone-over with those front wheels).

This is a truly unique 100% electric HYBRID meaning that it is an electric vehicle with a very efficient gas generator that is used as needed… extending the electric-only range from 120 miles to over 300 miles! This makes this hybrid the winner for people who have to commute long distances.

The other reason I’m beginning to really like this vehicle is that it’s very technologically advanced… it even has room for 2.5 people… 2.5? Yeah it has room for a baby car seat - one of MANY great selling features…
